Due to the potential for fraud, we require that billing and shipping address to be identical. In addition, the billing address must match the address on file with your credit card company. In cases which billing and shipping addresses are different, we ask that you register your shipping address with your credit card company for verification purposes.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping charges is free for order over $100 and shipping within the continental US. Freight charges will be applied for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Military APO or FPO addresses. Please be aware that UPS Ground deliveries take about 5-7 business days in most areas.

Argon Office Supplies, Inc. Return and Credit Policy:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. Freight will only be credited for Argon Office Supplies Inc.'s internal errors. All credit claims (including short shipmentments) must be made no later than 6 working days from billing. Any orders sent back without prior approval will be returned at customer’s expense. All returns must be in their original packaging complete with instructions, labels, and manuels. To received an RMA number, contact our customer service by email or fax with the following information: your account number, original invoice number and invoice date. Please be sure the RMA number appears clearly on all return packages. Non-defective items that are returned must be in resellable condition. All obsolete and close-out merchandise are not returnable for any reason except for manufacturer's defect. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if a product is returned due to customer error. All defective product will be inspected upon receipt and in cases which the product is found not to be defective, a 15% restock will be applied.
Bottled copier and toner supplies sales are final.
Cartridge based copier toner returns must accompany by a written letter from the manufacturer or authorized service technician describing the defects.
